This Privacy & Security Policy explains how information is handled in the Android application Solid Gold Rich.

Solid Gold Rich is a local-first personal finance and store management app. It is designed to work offline and does not require an account.

The app processes the following information locally to provide its finance and store features. This information does not leave your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Solid Gold Rich does not automatically collect or transmit to its developer:

• your personal finance records or store records;
• account names, balances, transactions, sales, clients, employees, or payroll details;
• product images or other files selected for a store backup;
• precise or approximate location;
• contacts, camera, microphone, or biometric data;
• device or advertising identifiers;
• usage analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports; or
• authentication credentials for an online account.

The Android build does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, or biometric capabilities. Images and backup files are selected through Android’s system document picker.

The app explicitly blocks the Android Internet permission. It is not designed to connect to our servers or transmit records entered by the user. When you export or share a file, report, or backup, Android may provide it to the destination you choose.

Your finance records, store records, settings and selected product images are stored in the application’s private local storage on your device. Access to that storage is restricted by Android’s application sandbox and by the security protections configured on your device.

The optional PIN is a local access lock. It is not encryption, and the app does not claim that local data is protected against a compromised, rooted, or unlocked device.

No method of local storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, especially on a compromised, rooted, or unlocked device. We recommend using a device screen lock and keeping Android security updates current.

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share user information because the app does not transmit it to us. Solid Gold Rich does not contain advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics.

The app does not create user profiles and does not use information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

If you choose to export or share a JSON backup, CSV transaction file, PDF report, or Excel report, that file is handled by the Android share destination you select. Review that destination’s privacy practices before sending the file.

Finance records, store records, settings and references to product images remain in local app storage until you edit or delete them, reset local data from the app’s Settings, clear the application’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Product image files copied into the app’s private storage may remain after you remove an image reference or use the in-app local data reset. Android may also retain temporary export files in the app cache until the operating system removes them.

Because this information is not sent to us, we do not have a server-side copy and cannot access or delete it remotely. Exported files may remain wherever you chose to save or share them; delete those files separately.

The in-app reset clears the current finance and store records. To ensure that all locally stored information is removed, including copied product images and temporary files, use Android Settings → Apps → Solid Gold Rich → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

Solid Gold Rich is not designed to collect personal information from children or adults. The app has no account registration, social features, advertising, or automatic transmission of user-entered information.

We may update this policy if the app’s features or data practices change. Any revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

If a future version introduces data collection, network features, advertising, analytics, accounts, payment processing, or new device permissions, this policy and the corresponding Google Play disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
